Chris was great! Very friendly, made it super easy to get my free inspection done. When he initially approached I was weary, as I don't typically speak with door-to-door people. However, I'm glad I did. He was very professional, and came back at the exact time I requested for the inspection. Definitely looking forward to working with Chris in the future to schedule my new roof!

On April 1st, we contacted Chad Smith the General Manager of Smith's Roofing Solutions. He responded almost immediately, unlike a more well known Roofing Co in the area who never responded. Their prices are reasonable as well.

We had a small roofing repair job (on our 4 year old home) due to wind damage from the last week of March. Chad went above and beyond to see that our repair was done quickly and correctly. He is following up with us to see how we are doing since the repair. Beware folks, a lot of the new builds in the area are being done with poor quality products. Chad will be behind us when we eventually have to go to Homeowners insurance to file a claim for roof failure.

His work ethic and excellent customer service skills are beyond reproach. Chad treated our small job as important as a big job.
