I have Smith Roofing to do two jobs for me, both metal roofing. One was a shelter with metal roof, new construction. They did a very nice job on it. He was a big help in selecting the best color roof for it as heat transfer was a major concern.
The second was repairs on a work shop with side shelters that was about 15 years old. I had a few leaks with two being rather major. I had at least two other roofers work on it over the years and they failed. Chad looked at it and quickly pointed out some issues with transfer metal and some lessor issues. Honestly was expected to be told needs new roof. They did a very good job, was there any leaks after they worked on it, yes. Very small compared to previous very small but the most important thing is they responded to my notice of the leaks and were prompt in getting to it for the needed touch up work.
I am very comfortable recommending them.
